The city of Waukesha had an above ground skatepark that served the skate and bike community well for 15 plus years. Due to deteriorating framework, the city recognized that it was time to look at replacing it with updated equipment. They also saw it as an opportunity to refresh what was there with an updated design from professional skateboarders as well as community input. The result ended with an 8,400 square foot park that caters to beginning riders all the way up to advanced. It also includes street and transition style elements. This park is for all and is sure to provoke skating creativity.
