Our ARC project development team has worked with the City of Santaquin for years to identify solutions for community interest in action sports facilities. In May of 2023, years of coordination officially progressed into conceptual design services for the Prospector View Bike Skills Park as well as a skatepark site feasibility study/ initial design. The final design for the bike skills park was used to secure Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant (UORG) funding for construction in summer 2024. Our build crew coordinated closely with the City of Santaquin throughout construction to keep them updated on opportunities to create onsite improvements to the design. Our team worked through rocky soil conditions to create the brand new bike skills park which boasts a skills loop for kids and multiple downhill jump/flow lines for varying skill levels.
