This new 52-acre park features a plaza with decorative concrete, as well as a peninsula designed to serve as a party location next to the six-acre fishing lake and water feature. The park also includes lighted baseball and multi-purpose fields, lighted basketball and sand volleyball courts, splash pad, playground areas, pathways with fitness pods, skatepark, maintenance yard, restrooms and concessions buildings, landscaping, collector road, and site improvements. The skatepark is approximately 11,000 SF in size and features a mini ramp with a hip and a full custom street plaza with integral colored concrete.
