American Ramp Company partnered with the City of Hot Springs to expand Velocity Park with a new 12,000-square-foot bicycle playground—creating a safe, accessible space for young and beginner riders to develop their cycling skills.

Built on former industrial land, the playground complements the park’s existing asphalt pump track and skills course, transforming the site into a complete bike park that serves riders of all ages and skill levels. Custom-designed slalom poles inspired by Oaklawn’s horse racing legacy, a train tunnel feature, colorful skills elements, and sustainable asphalt surfacing make the space engaging and durable.

Additional amenities like community benches and a bike repair station encourage families and neighbors to gather, reinforcing Velocity Park’s role as an active, inclusive community hub.
