In Summer 2022, the City of Firestone partnered with the ARC team to design and build an asphalt pump track and bike park at their Mountain Shadows Park. The final design includes a wide variety of amenities for all to enjoy. Mountain Shadows Bike Park boasts a world-class Velosolutions asphalt pump track at the center which is surrounded by a bicycle playground for younger riders and a jump/skills line for more experienced bikers.

The City and community celebrated the grand opening of this park in September 2023 and hired our creative team, Spoke & Wheel to get great photo and video content of the event. The combination of an asphalt surfaced pump track and our steel-framework/wooden-riding surface skill features will ensure that this park stands the test of time and provides a consistent experience for all park users.
